FREE STANDARD POSTAGE is available on all orders over £30.00 going to a
UK Mainland address excluding Frozen, Live items, tripods & 2 piece rods.

Standard UK Delivery – £3.99

Upgraded Next Working Day delivery – £7.50
Next Working Day delivery is available on orders placed before 2pm (Monday
– Thursday)

Frozen items

We also offer delivery on frozen items at £8.80 per order, these items are packed with dry ice and shipped with our express courier. Please note, all frozen items are excluded from free delivery options.

Live items

Live items are shipped at £12 per order, we are unable to offer free shipping on these items.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Within 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please notify us by phone before returning the item and make sure to include your name, address, and instructions with the returned item.

The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge if any will be refunded so long as the goods are unused and in saleable condition within the original packing.

Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post

Our aim is to guarantee your satisfaction and at our end we endeavour to check that all items are correct before dispatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the order we will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt, we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back. To arrange this just call us within 7 working days of receipt and speak to any of our sales staff. If preferred you can email us info@hooklineandtackle.co.uk.

Guarantee

Most of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and may not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, miss-use, modification or general wear and tear If a product becomes faulty during use within the 12 months please contact us and we will advise you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Complaints

If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services
and have a complaint, please email or call us. All complaints will be acknowledged personally within 5 working days. We will endeavour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.

Rod Rings

Please note rod rings are fragile and susceptible to damage should a
rod be dropped or misused. Most manufacturers will NOT replace a rod which has been used just because it has a damaged ring so please make sure to check all rod rings before first using the rod and report any problems to us within 7 working days of receiving the rod and before the rod has been used.
Salt water is a very corrosive environment and you have a duty of care to ensure that the item purchased is cleaned and maintained correctly. Failure caused by lack of maintenance is unlikely to be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Special Orders

If you wish to return a item that is not a normal stock item and was specifically ordered for yourself then there will be a 12% restocking fee deducted from the amount refunded.
